    Hey guys.
I recently created a website and the domain name is a popular keyphrase. The domain was not taken so I snagged it up. My question is, if you have that keyphrase as your domain, is that a guarantee that your site will make it more easily up to number 1 in search engines. I mean, if a person types in that EXACT phrase, wouldn’t you just assume that the site with that exact phrase in the domain name would be the first to show up? Or am I totally wrong? I hope this makes sense! I just created it yesterday and submitted it to google last night (still has yet to be indexed). I sent it to BING just ONE HOUR ago and I couldn’t believe that when I type in that keyphrase in bing or yahoo now, it comes up as the fourth one! (Maybe the first three are “advertising” and they automatically get higher than me because of that? I am not sure..can’t tell). But it is interesting to me that bing and yahoo already indexed it and when I go to google and search site:mydomain.com, it comes up with one results saying the domain is still for SALE. For some reason I had it in my mind google would be faster but I was totally wrong.

Anyways, back to my question…does that guarantee me to get higher up easier when they search that phrase?

    Thanks!
