   Hi

   For a long time now I've been thrown out of my self hosted wordpress account when trying to post. Happens usually about 3 times during any one new post.

   I write the post and often when clicking 'save' or when clicking on something else, it hangs for a while then takes me to the login page again. Really frustrating.

   Any ideas anyone?

   Also, the whole thing has a really clunky feel to it. Think it all responds rather slowly compares to most sites I use. Not sure if this is a related issue or nothing to worry about?

   Have you tried:

   - deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

   - switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?

   - resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin? Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

   - increasing your available memory?
