Keeps Showing 'Everywhere'

I have the newest version of WordPress installed, so that could be the problem, but for some reason whenever I uncheck the show ‘everywhere’ box and hit ‘save changes’ the box gets checked again. I am unable to keep it unchecked.

Any advice?
