• Apparently when I entered actual code in my earlier post, the forum software must have called it spam, and closed the post.

    Let’s try again.

    When I place the code for a Flash SWF in a WordPress Page, the software is corrupting the code by replacing certain characters.

    instead of:

    <!--[if !IE]>-->

    it publishes:

    <!--[if !IE]>–>

    I’ve wrapped the code with the <code> tags and that seems to have fixed it for now, but I wanted to know if that is the correct method. In the past (2 years or more ago) I used a plugin called RAW to do this. Is a plugin still required, or do the <code> tags fix it?
