    I saw this thread from about a year ago (below) and was wondering if there has been an update to address the issue of translations getting overwritten with plugin or theme updates. The thread was closed so I couldn't respond there directly.

    I'm having the same problem :-( . But seems the plugin didn't upgrade so far. Are there anybody know how to solve this problem? Appreciate a lot.

    Would be willing to pay for this feature... such a pain in the ass having to re-translate plugins after they're updated...

    There's a huge need for this. I can't believe there's no good way of doing this. The best solution I've been able to find is this.
