    Hi holstebm,

That error can only emerge if the [site]/wp-content/advanced-cache.php file is not writable or it gets deleted after pushing the save settings button.
Please try to make an empty file by hand and try re-saving the settings.

I now see the directory statically set. I have moved my content and plugins directory so if this relies on wp-content, it wouldn’t work.

This wasn’t a limitation in the previous version. Not sure what the best fix would be for this. Is there any chance that this will be changed in the future?

    Hi holstebm,

The plugin is not yet ready to support other dir than wp-content, but thank you very much for sharing this.

The problem existed in the previous versions, unfortunately the error message what was missing 🙁

I’m currently working on a really big refactoring on the code, I’ll add the functionality to be able to handle different content directories was well.

Version 1.0 alpha is in the repository, branches/v1.0, contains fix for this as well, but I’m way before testing these cases.
Anyway, problem clearified, will be fixed.
