jwplayer for wordpress not working

    I have installed and activated the jw player plugin and created a custom player.
    This is my shortcode
    [jwplayer config=”myplayer” file=”wp-content-uploads/videos/rango.mp4″]
    When I access the page its blank..nothing… no jwplayer with an error code just a blank page
