    To justify your excerpts

    .entry-summary {
    text-align: justify;
    }

    To remove the underline in tag could

    .tagcloud a {
    text-decoration: none;
    }

    To remove them from ALL links you would do.

    a {
    text-decoration: none;
    }

    to have them hover underline

    a:hover {
    text-decoration: underline;
    }

    Clear your browser's cache. Aaron Nimocks' suggestion worked.

    no it doesn't look like

    Can you add it to the Child Theme stylesheet & let us know, for we can take a look?

    Strange - not working for me in child theme css for twentytwelve.

    Ive added -

    a: {
    text-decoration: none;
    }

    a:hover {
    text-decoration: underline;
    }

    I mainly want to smarten up the menu area when used on small devices. . .
