   I've just upgraded to the latest version, but now I can't publish any new posts at all.

   Every time I hit the publish button I get dumped to mywebsite.com/wp-admin/post.php and I get a 404 message.

   Even when I try to hit the Save button, I go to the same message and page.

   Auto-save of drafts seems to be ok though. I tried going into an older post, hitting edit and saving and it saved just fine.

   Any ideas?

   Try disabling all plugins and trying again. (:

   OK, so that worked for me (thanks fantasycrusader!). But does anyone have any guesses about how to eliminate this in the future? I only have three active plugins: Akismet, 1pixelout's Audio Player, and WP Auto-upgrade plugin.
