• Apologies, but I’ve had to demote this plugin. The problem may not be the plugin’s fault (perhaps it’s to do with my uploader), but unfortunately I’m experiencing numerous glitches with other aspects of the website such as deleting files or uploading (the website hangs or stalls) when the wp attachments plugin is switched on. When I deactivate it the uploads and deletions work as normal. There may be an issue to do with where my uploads are being saved, but as far as I’m aware they’re simply going to the basic media library. Until I find a workaround or support I’ll have to make the review a little more negative than my first one… Sorry about that.

    Original review follows:

Thank you for an easy, straightforward, functional plugin that does exactly what I want (displaying a list of all attached files without having to insert them into a post).

I run a private writing forum that allows members to upload and share manuscripts for the purposes of critique. I’ve already found the ideal plugin to handle the uploading side of things. However I couldn’t find an elegant and easy way to automatically show each uploaded file (for others to download) until I found this plugin.

    Thank you very much!

    Hi,
i’ve tested the version 2.0 in a clean website but didn’t found bugs nor glitches.
In addition, the 2.0 version was made of 30 lines of code in total (or less), and i don’t think it caused this kind of problems. Are you sure these problems wasn’t caused by another plugin? Or did you try if these problems persists when WP Attachments is the only one activated?

Today i released a new version, 3, with many new features.
Hope you try and like it!

    Kind regards!
    Marco
