Just Lost All My Posts and Pages

Hello everyone.

I noticed recently that my traffic stats had almost stopped and I didnt know why. So I tried going to my site to see if all was well, only that my site redfused to load. Then I logged into my wordpress panel only to discover that all my pages and posts had disappeared.

Pls, whats the cause and what can I do to get it back?

Never did any backups…
