Just looking for someone helpful and nice

I am having an issue with the simple modal login box plugin…. Everything was going great and then it stopped working… My guess is that there is some sort of javascript error or clash but I have pulled my hair out so much over this, I can’t get it working…

Can anyone assist, pretty please?
