Hello all,
I'd like to have just a portion of a restaurant page editable with the daily specials by one of their staff and not me. Is that possible? Any help or links would be very appreciated!!

That's a toughy, so you might consider using something like the In-Line Posts plugin that 'includes', among other things, the page you want to let them edit. So you will write a page that includes the page you let them edit.
