This LOOKS to be what I'm looking for, but I can't figure out how to use it correctly. I've got it installed, but is there a form to embed somewhere in my site? In place of the normal Contact form? And how would I do that (if indeed that's what I'm supposed to be doing)? If I'm understanding the plugin correctly, it's a way to keep communications with individual users in one place to monitor progress for trouble-tickets and the like. Is that correct?
