Yesterday I set up the WordPress software using JustHost. However, today I decided to cancel JustHost and use SpruceHost to host my website. The folks at SpruceHost transferred my WordPress information over from JustHost, but the tabs in the admin panel to for “Appearance”, “Plugins” and “Users” are no longer there, so I can’t continue to work on building my site.

Is it because the DNS is propagating from JustHost to SpruceHost right now? If that’s the case then I assume that when it’s done in about 48 hours the three missing tabs will return. Am I correct?

    Thanks in advance!

  • That sounds like something a none administrator user would see upon access to the dashboard.

Check to see that you are using the right credentials for your blog admin.

You’re right. With all the account switching I totally got my information mixed up. Thanks for catching my silly error!
