   simple, but very nice...
   a bit slow on the picture-loading... maybe possibility for thumbnails? Do you use some gallery-script?

   I'm interested as well in this. I'm trying to find a good photoblog program to accompany my Word Press blog. I'm looking for something that can replicate this. http://www.intransient.com/photojournal/

   Take a look at PixelPost. I've just started playing with it and it is very good, especially for uploading a pic or two at a time, for a daily (or less frequent) photoblog. It doesn't do albums, but then, I didn't want albums.

   Yeah I second that on Pixelpost - small, light, and does the trick beautifuly.
