   jQuery Colorbox stopped working after I updated my WordPress installation to 3.1.

   Any ideas?

   I'm now using [wp-jquery-lightbox] which seems to work fine.
   Plugin Fancy Gallery also works....

   I just tested the plugin with WordPress 3.1 (again) and it works without a problem.

   Hi Arne,
   The theme is updated and your plugin works just fine... the theme also uses jQuery.

   I'm trying another plugin right now : easy fancybox. Maybe I'll switch to yours again in the future.

   Hi,

   I'm also having the same problem. Colorbox won't work after WP 3.1 update.

   I'm using my own custom code to implement the colorbox in Nextgen gallery. It works fine in previous version 3.0.5.

   Any help would be much appreciated.

   I've got it fixed now. I only need to update my jquery.colorbox.js file to v1.3.15

    yeah, that's probably because jQuery Colorbox versions prior to 1.3.15 are not compatible with jQuery 1.4.4 which is bundled in WordPress 3.1

    My plugin bundles jQuery Colorbox 1.3.15 in the latest version, though.

    Thanks Arne - my solution was to not use Colorbox as integrated into the theme, but just went and installed the latest stand-alone plugin.

    Hi Guys,

    Im having a problem getting this working on wordpress 3.1, ive used the latest colorbox yet it still wont work, http://www.ilovekish.co.uk shows the images in question and the gallery its not working on.

    Hi Martin,
    I just took a look at your site.
    The only images that are on that site are in a gallery that is set to link to the attachment page instead of the image.
    If you edit the gallery settings and set it to link to the images, everything should be fine.

    ever since i updated to wp 3.1 on my website. images dont show using colorbox, when cdn is enabled from W3TC. As soon as i disable CDN from W3TC the images start showing using colorbox. Any solutions?

    Hi,
    without a link to the site when the CDN is turned on, I can't take a look at the problem, sorry.
    You say that without the CDN, everything works fine so I suspect W3TC being the problem.

    and it will attept to open in the popup but then jumps to image page,

    currently cdn is on and W3TC is also operational.

    Hi,
    did you ever test the page with CDN on another browser or computer? Maybe it's just a matter of your browser's cache.
    The page is working fine for me, the colorbox pops up for every image.

    The issue is that it pops up but then gets redirected to the image source,

    i have tried from various computers and emptied cache several times

    basically it attempts to pop up and also shows the image in the pop over for a few seconds, but, then gets redirected to source, this behavior stops when i turn off caching with CDN.

    Also, notably this doesn't happen sometimes when i press back from the image source and attempt to open the image it sometimes works fine. but 90 % of the time it remains broken

    this also started happening after 3.1

    Any help is appreciated

    Hi again,
    weird.

    I am using a mac.

    When I open your page in FireFox 4, the images are opened in the popup and it stays that way until I close the popup.
    When I open your page in Chrome 10.0.648.204, the images are opened in the popup and then the image is opened directly every time.
    When I open your page in Safari 5.0.4, this happens every other time I click on an image...

    I guess it may have something to do with different domains... Maybe jQuery has problems loading contents from hosts that have two-level subdomains in some browsers.

    Why do you have different subdomains for different files? Why don't you create a subdomain cdn.igyaan.in which redirects to your cdn?
    BTW: not all of your files are served from the CDN, i.e. the jquery.js
