   What is the easiest, or the best way, for someone who knows almost nothing and PHP and WordPress or Joomla! themes, to put a Joomla! Theme on a WordPress site? I've seen very few good WordPress themes, and the only WordPress themes I've ever seen I actually wanted to use, are $100. Seriously. I have seen some FREE Joomla! themes that match, or are even better than the $100 WordPress themes. Without paying some PHP God $50, how can I use a Joomla! themes on a WordPress site?

   You don´t have to know PHP for creating a theme, you have to know HTML and CSS.
   1. Create your theme structure
   2. Read the codex here and here
   3. and finally put in the neccesary template tags

   Without learning about and how to use it, you can´t use any software.

   OK, but can I put a Joomla theme on a wordpress site then?

   No, you can adapt any HTML and CSS design to wordpress. Read what ecita told you :)
