Join 'connected posts' with author archive?

I’m making a site where users can blog through regular ‘posts’ and they can also create ‘shoots’ (CPT) where they can connect other users as ex. photographer, makeup artist and so on by using posts 2 users.

However, I’d like to create a single-author-template that includes both the authors ‘posts’ that he or her created AND the ‘shoots’ that he or her have been connected to by posts 2 users. My wish is to be able to join these two post_types in one single feed.

Anyone got any ideas?
