Can you take a screenshot of your page content as seen in the editor? Switch to the ‘text’ tab above the visual editor first -ensure the shortcode is not malformed.

I’m not 100% sure if its the issue here, but WP Job Manager needs WordPress 3.8.
If that doesn’t resolve this, please send a screenshot showing all installed plugins for me.

Can you disable mod pagespeed on your server? That will fix it for now. I’ll try to work out why mod pagespeed doesn’t like the javascript code.
