the jet had landed, on a jet pad!

brand new to wp, took a little while to get it looking how it is. no plugins used.
    feedback and comments welcomed!

    stuff i want to impliment.
i'm looking for a stats generator, doesn't have to work with word press, just something i can stick on my server and record the stats will be fine and a hit counter to go on the page with it.
maybe looking for some sort of photo management script for wp, not sure which ones are good though, i imagine it could be very useful once the amount of photo's i've posted starts to grow.
email notification, i want readers to be able to subcribe.
    threaded comments.
if anyone can link me to where i can find plugins that can help me do the above i'd be very greatful.

thanks and please visit the jetpad.

I've gotten StatTraq running, it's working without any problems.
Tried brians threaded comments, it made my test install of wp die. So I'm gona look into fixing that or a different plugin for threaded comments (which I would really like to have).
Photo management, haven't looked into this yet.
Email subscription, been looking around and I haven't seen anyones wp with this feature. Is there even a plugin to do this for wp?

just took a look at my site on a crt monitor earlier, the colours where horribly dull and dingy.
    anyone else feel the same?
it's fine on my laptop, but i guess the lcd is quite well lit.
