Jetpack_ID error

Hello everybody,

I’ve just installed Jetpack pluggin. But I can’t connect to WordPress. I received this error :

“Error Details: Jetpack ID is empty. Do not publicly post this error message!”

What is the Jetpack_ID ? Why it is empty ?

I’ve tried to uninstall et reinstall the pluggin but I always have the same result.

It’s a new install of WordPress 3.5.1.Someone could help me ?

Same problem here! jetpack_id ERROR. Cant reach the WordPress.com login. This is my main site so I depend on it. Hosting it @ Ermis.nl

Looks like a big problem if you’re still looking for a solution after 4 months! Please keep me posted on any developments.

So it isn’t helpful for the developer to know there are many more people struggling with the same issue?

We have just released Jetpack 2.3.2, and we have included a fix that should solve this “Empty jetpack ID” error.

Let me know if it works!

Sorry about that!

Could you all use Jetpack’s Debugger module to send us some more information about your site?

1) Go to the Jetpack page in your dashboard.
2) Click on the Debug link appearing at the bottom of the page.
3) Click the link that says “click here to contact Jetpack support.”
4) Fill in the description box and your name and email address.
5) Click the “Contact Support” button.
