jetpack subscribe form not working

On wordpress.org I dragged my subscribe widget to the website but it has my personal email in the box and won’t take any new email addresses to subscribe. I tried signing up with a few of my other email addresses and nothing was sent. What do I do. I’m new with my first blog site up and in a panic. Website is miraclewrks.com
