The image is broken on the admin bar.

I tried everything on my production site but it already works on my dev machine.

I tried all the solutions posted on http://wordpress.org/support/topic/jetpack-stats-graph-not-appearing-in-admin-bar

This the site i'm working on: http://direccionygestiondeldeporte.bsm.upf.edu/

Do you see a broken-image link, or is the sparkline simply missing?

"It worked on my test site but not on the production site..."

So, you did a server move and it no longer works. Is that accurate?

And when you switch to a different theme, it STILL no longer works?

Yes. I've tried with the twentytwelve theme but it's not working. I've also erased my theme and tried only with jetpack activated.

Have you tried this in Jetpack:

"But... when I took the checkmark off "Put a chart showing 48 hours of views in the admin bar." then saved it, clicked on Learn more, then deactivated [JetPack], then reactivated it, clicked on the checkmark to enable the graph, and now it seems to be working after a few minutes."

I tried that hours ago but it didn't work...

This is what I would try next:

    1. Assign my theme to Twenty-Twelve.
    2. DELETE my old theme (not deactivate it -- DELETE it)
    3. I would deactivate Jetpack.
    4. Then I would DELETE Jetpack.
    5. Then I would deactivate my other plugins.
    6. Then I would reinstall Jetpack.
    7. Then I would activate ONLY Jetpack, connecting it to my WP account.

    You willing to try that?

    What is the result?

This is what i did it...

    Can be something server related?

    "Can be something server related?"

You developed on the same server?

No. I work in a shared hosting for developing and after that uploaded everything to the client server.

This is the only thing missing

"No. I work in a shared hosting for developing and after that uploaded everything to the client server."

Can you confirm that the Jetpack plug-in works on the server on other WP installs?

I'm getting some other similar errors... with akismet for example. It's not showing the green network status. Images not showing just like the stats of jetpack... I'm really worried about what can be causing this.

    Any explanation?

    Oh.

Well, based on what you wrote, I think you have a bigger problem.

Can you confirm that other WP installations work on this server?

I have the same problem. It worked correctly but suddenly, It didn't work and I don't know why.

@farnau Could you try to follow the steps described by @EdwardMartinIII above?

    1. Could you try to reproduce the issue in a different browser?
    2. Try to switch to a different theme for a few minutes, and see if it helps.
    3. Try to deactivate all other plugins, one at a time, and let me know if you find a conflicting plugin.

If none of this helps, could you check your browser's javascript console and let me know if you see any errors when loading your site's home page?

The problem presist doing the following:
    1. Deactivating the rest of plugins.
    2. Using different themes.
    3. With Chrome and IE.
    4. Reinstalling wordpress.

The javascript console only shows the following error:
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) https://www.googleapis.com/plus/v1/people//activities/public?callback=jQuer…2Cplusoners%2Creplies%2Cresharers%2Curl)%2Cpublished%2Ctitle%2Curl%2Cverb)

But I think that there is no relation between the javascript error and the image error.

Could you try to disable the plugin including the Google+ button, and let me know if it helps?

    Thanks!

The javascript error remains, so the problem could be linked to the theme itself. Could you try to switch to a different theme for a few minutes, and let me know if the Javascript error disappears?

    Thanks!

farnau: have you tried switching to twentytwelve AND deactivating your other plugins, to see if it's a plugin conflict?

If the issue still persists, it'd be useful for me to see the issue myself by logging in to the site. Could you create an admin login for me? You can send th ecredentials to us using our contact form:

    /jpcontact

make sure to include a link to this thread as well! :)

    hello all

My stats bar disappeared as well and noticed that in you login into your site as admin and go to the top left of the screen, select "Visit site" under your site name then the bar will re-appear.

I switched to twentytwelve and deactivated all the other plugings and the problem persisted. Besides, some widgets deconfigured and I had to configure again. It is very strange, could be problem of the folder rights?

I noticed that if I attempt to go to the link where the image gets its source, it prompts me to log in even though I'm already logged in. What's worse is that it's refusing to take my login credentials even though they are accurate (I know since I just used them to log in).
