Jetpack State is NOT counting visitors

Hi,

I have had this error occur several times in the last few weeks where Jetpack continues to count page views but not unique visitors.

It is showing that I have had only 1 visitor this morning but 214 page views.

When this error has occurred previously it has stopped counting midway through the day but this time it’s started the day broke.

Has anyone else had a similar experience or know where the problem might be?
