What's up with Jetpack site stats?
"We were unable to get your stats just now. Please try again."

"Just now"!?!? We're talkin' DAYS here. Any resolution in sight?

So what do we do for stats now - Google analytics? :-(

I use Google Analytics as a backup...but sure would be nice to still be able to access the quick stats in the WP Admin interface.

rodtrent, same here, I updated to v 1.2 this morning and now I can't see the stats widget on my dashboard, or view a stats page. On the Configure page, it says: "Visit Site Stats to see your stats." but the link to Site Stats keeps me on the Configure page. This is the link given:
    /wp-admin/admin.php?page=jetpack&configure=stats

Have you guys checked to see if your install is good?
My stats was acting up, but when I went to the jetpack options page, the plugin blew up.

Basically, after the upgrade I had to deactivate/reactivate/reconnect the plugin twice.

After that, everything is working properly

I've tried that multiple times. Still not working for me. However, one other site it works fine. So, I think it boils down to a plug-in incompatibility. Unfortunately, for me, the site cannot be messed with until the weekend when there's less traffic.

Apparently there's a new Jetpack. I'm not sure how to get it, but they added some stuff and stats is still there. Maybe try removing it and then putting it back. Seems to work ok for me now. There's also some new things in it.

Its the new version that caused the issues.

Has anyone lost traffic since the stats update? My traffic went from 30 per day to 0 per day since the wordpress upgrade. Odd.

Stats pack just went down (around 11 AM PST) with this prompt - "We were unable to get your stats just now. Please try again."

    Anyone know what's going on?

Me too. It has to be some glitch with the stats database, because I didn't upgrade or install anything recently.

Posting to an old resolved thread is like writting with invisible ink.

Jetpack, a plugin from WordPress.com has nothing to do with WordPress.org or the wordpress software.

You should be asking questions at wp.com.

Also you may want to give it some time. A while back wp.com had some problem with stats and everything was cleared up within a couple of days.

Jetpack is a plugin for WP.org, and I already checked the other thread where they told someone that because their blog was WP.com that they had to come here for help.

And around and around we go...

Stats should be working once again. We had a technical glitch on our end that has now been fixed. Please check your Stats panel and let us know.

    Thanks,

    Tim

Same here: "We were unable to get your stats just now. Please try again." Is there a solution on our end or is it a wordpress correction? Been down for almost 2 weeks!

    Still not working?
I have installed Statrix as an interim solution to statistics but 3 years of historic data still stored but inaccessible through JetPack Site Stats.
