Could you give me more details about this issue? Do you receive any error messages when clicking on the “Add Media” button?
Could you also open your Javascript Console, and check if there are any Javascript errors happening when you click on that button?

Hi Jeremy
The add media is no longer the issue, that’s working fine.
The issue is Jetpack, when I click it on the left-hand side dashboard I have no site stats and no of the items on the dashboard are available for use, I just have a button that says learn more and no other options
Could you give me your site URL, so I can have a look?
It sounds like Jetpack has not been connected to WordPress.com yet. That would explain why you cannot access Stats, and why you cannot configure any module yet.
Thanks. Jetpack doesn’t seem to be connected to WordPress.com anymore.
Could you try to disconnect and reconnect to WordPress.com, by clicking on the button at the top of the Jetpack Menu in your dashboard?
If you do not see this button, I would suggest that you temporarily switch to a different theme, like Twenty Twelve, to be able to reconnect.
OK so jetpack is back but now my add media doesn’t work again, I’m guessing jetpack is the conflict.
No error messages
java console displays the following
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘mouse’ of undefined load-scripts.php:378
Uncaught TypeError: Object [object Object] has no method ‘sortable’ load-scripts.php:46
Ok, thanks for the reply.
I had another look at your site, and noticed that the Pinterest plugin that is currently active on your site loads an old version of jQuery, instead of using the version that comes bundled with WordPress.
Could you try to deactivate this plugin, and see if something changes?
Spot on thank you my friend, ideally I’d like to use the pintrest plugin but will post a note on their section and see if they can use the newer version of jQuery!!
