I am having loads of difficulty with this plug-in at the moment. I love this plug-in and have used it many times but unless I de-activate it it interferes with my media upload and takes forever to load. I have tried de-activating some of the features that I dont need but the whole administration for the plug-in takes ages to load.

Could you try to delete the plugin files, and reinstall Jetpack?
I also noticed Javascript errors on the site's home page:

Could you try to switch to a different theme for a few minutes, or to deactivate all your plugins, one at a time, in order to find out the source of the problem?
