Hello,
I've had Jetpack installed previously, but at some point it seems to have disappeared.
I'm trying to (re)install it, but I keep getting the following message:
Downloading install package from http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/wordfence.3.6.5.zip…
Unpacking the package…
Installing the plugin…
Destination folder already exists. D:/Hosting/9413117/html/wp-content/plugins/wordfence/
Plugin install failed.
Return to Plugin Installer
Can anyone advise what I should do, please?
(I'm not very technical, so please bear with me if this is a silly question.)
Many thanks,
Laura

Your problem seems to be linked to the Wordfence plugin. You might want to ask your questions again, here:

Sorry, you are right, Jeremy - the message above relates to Wordfence, but I am also getting almost the same message in relation to Jetpack, too.
I've pasted the right error message below:
Downloading install package from http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/jetpack.2.2.zip…
Unpacking the package…
Installing the plugin…
Destination folder already exists. D:/Hosting/9413117/html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/
Plugin install failed.
Return to Plugin Installer
If anyone can point me in the right direction with this, I'd be grateful.
Many thanks,
Laura
Could you try to delete all plugin files, and then install the plugin manually, as explained here:
