Jetpack not compatible

I have the plugin added to my site (auntjanenation.com/?page_id=3740) and have 3 products created, but the “Store” page comes up blank while Jetpack is also activated. Are there any known issues, and more importantly fixes to this conflict. I really like this plugin and don’t want to have to choose between the two.
