Jetpack- How to migrate subscribers to new site?

My old site:
http://priscillababy.wordpress.com/

had 1 email subscriber and 84 wordpress.com followers.

My question is-
Is there a way that I could have the 84 wordpress.com followers migrated over to my new site: http://www.luvepriscilla.com/
Through email or anything?

If so, how do I go about doing this? I have google searched it but I haven’t found a step-by-step way of doing this.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
