[Plugin: Jetpack] Jetpack doesn't ask me to connect to WordPress.com

Hi,
I just transferred my blog from wp.com to wp.org and the Jetpack plugin was already installed and active. The problem is that I can’t connect the plugin to my wp.com blog, cause it just doesn’t ask me to do it and I can’t find anywhere a place to connect it.
I already try to uninstall the plugin and install it again, but it’s still the same.

If I go to the Jetpack “page” on my wp.org dashboard, it just says “Jetpack by WordPress.com – Jetpack supercharges your self-hosted WordPress site with the awesome cloud power of WordPress.com”. After that, I can see all the option with the “Learn More” button, but I can’t activate them (just a few of them but they didn’t even work).

What should I do? I looked for some tutorial, but it always says that once you install it, it just asks you to connect the plugin with your wp.com account.
