We successfully installed jetpack to our website. We used the stats, subscribe and comments features. One day they all disappeared from the site. When trying to reinstall, if failed stating:

    Destination folder already exists. D:/Hosting/10592188/html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/

No such folder exists. We'd like to be able to reinstall and use jetpack again - any suggestions? Thanks

The blog I need help with is harvesttablefarm.net.

Could you try to install the plugin manually, as explained here:
    http://codex.wordpress.org/Managing_Plugins#Manual_Plugin_Installation

Let me know if this helps.

Before proceeding to manually install jetpack, I'm asked to back up my site completely. How do I do that? Also, the first step is to download the plugin to my desktop. The only option is to "install now" - I can't choose to save it. Any advise?
