I tried to activate the jetpack on the Website “and it was successful but when I clicked Connect to wordperss.com then he gives me this message:

Your website needs to be publicly accessible to use Jetpack: site_inaccessible

Error Details: The Jetpack server was unable to communicate with your site http://pickyourself.co.il [IXR -32300: transport error: http_request_failed Operation timed out after 15946 milliseconds with 0 out of -1 bytes received]

  • that is because some of your plugin or theme is preventing access to xmlrpc.php . So try to switch to twenty twelve theme then reconnect . De activate plugins then and try again . after it is connected you can switch your theme settings and plugins reactivated

I believe you also contacted us via email. Check your inbox, you’ve got mail! 🙂

I am having this exact same issue. I have tried deactivating all plugins and tried reconnecting, have changed my theme from the standard Twenty Thirteen to Twenty Twelve as suggested, but I get the same transport error message as “pickyourself” above,

And when I try to reinstall WordPress I get

    500 (Internal Server)Error

I even completely deleted WordPress and all databases off of my GoDaddy hosting account, then did a complete reinstall, but the same issues persist. Please help!!
