   I believe Matt @ ma.tt is using Jetpack comments. I noticed he is using the reply link for his comments as well...I've had the reply link on my comments for the longest but yet the reply box doesn't open inside of the comment the viewer wishes to reply to...why might this be?

   This Reply Link is not controlled by Jetpack Comments, but by your theme.

   Could you check that your theme's comment template uses the comment_reply_link function?
