I’m afraid multiple Jetpack Comments cannot be added to the same page at the moment. It can create conflicts such as the ones you experience on your home page.
To avoid the issue, I would recommend that you load the comment template only on single pages and posts.
You can do so by removing the comments_template function from your home page template. You can have a look at the Twenty Twelve theme to find out more about the comments_template function.
In that case I’ll just turn off Jetpack Comments and look for comment plugins that work correctly.

My test site is at http://tainted.bebopkid.com
On the home page is a comment form evidently for the page, and another comment form for the test post.
The top comment form correctly resizes to fit after the page loads, but the bottom comment form does not.
What do I need to change to get all comments to resize correctly?
