My Jetpack/wp.com account got disconnected from my self hosted blog.
When it got reconnected, all comments disappeared from my blog, and new comments also can’t be made.
I can see all the comments in my wp.com account when I log in there- but they don’t show up on my self hosted blog.
Jetpack otherwise appears to be working fine- stats and such are all there and tracking properly.
I’ve done a fresh WP install, set my theme back to default, uninstalled and reinstalled jetpack, and disconnected/reconnected my wp.com account a bunch of times.
I don’t have any of the known issue plugins either.
    How can I fix this?

    My blog url is nubbytwiglet.com

    Thanks!

    Jetpack Mechanic 🚀

I had a look at your site, and the Jetpack Comments module doesn’t seem to be active at the moment:
    http://i.wpne.ws/RshV

To activate Jetpack comments, you will need to go to the Jetpack admin menu in your dashboard, and activate the comments there.
If that doesn’t help, I would recommend that you check your theme’s files, and make sure your theme uses the comment_form() function to display comments.
If your theme uses an older deprecated function instead, Jetpack comments cannot be displayed.

You can read more about this function here:
    http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/comment_form
    http://ottopress.com/2010/wordpress-3-0-theme-tip-the-comment-form/

Once the module is active, it’s worth noting that it won’t change the way existing comments are displayed on your site. Jetpack Comments already replaces the comment form itself, and doesn’t touch the comment list.

    I hope this helps.
