• i build a shop with wordpress and woocommerce and a theme by woothemes.

when activating jetpack, the sidebar disappears.
when jetpack activated, i can’t activate any other pligin, the site stops working.
without jetpack it works fine.

i uninstalled the site and did a fresh installation of wordpress, and with the theme by wordpress, twenty twelve.

i have 70 products.
when i activate jetpack it only shows 32 products and stops loading the page, i don’t see the footer.
the more modules i deactivate – more products i see.

now deactivated all modules except the css, so i see 42 products.
not the rest of the products and not the footer.

you can see the site here:
http://www.u-tees.me,
you can see it onl=y shows 42 products and no footer

can i use jetpack with woocommerce or is it a known conflict?

thanks

Jetpack Mechanic 🚀

I had a look at your site, and there seems to be an issue with the XML-RPC file that is used by Jetpack to communicate with WordPress.com.

Could you try to deactivate all plugins one by one, until the Jetpack debug page returns a valid result?
http://jetpack.me/support/debug/?url=http://www.u-tees.me/

You might also want to switch to a different theme like Twenty Eleven, and see if the=at helps.

if none of this helps, can you contact your hosting provider and explain to them that we are unable to access your blog via cURL, which is needed in order to use Jetpack on your site?

You can let them know we tested the following:

1. Check for access to xmlrpc.php via browser:
http://www.u-tees.me/xmlrpc.php

That test returned “XML-RPC server accepts POST requests only.” which is a valid result.

2. Check for access via cURL by running the following command from the command prompt:
curl -i -H ‘Content-Type: text/xml’ –data ‘<?xml version=”1.0&”?><methodCall><methodName>demo.sayHello</methodName><params></params></methodCall>’ ‘http://www.u-tees.me/xmlrpc.php’

The cURL test returned the following invalid result:

HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found

Please provide the information above to your hosting provider so that they can correct the server settings to allow cURL access.
