  • Destination folder already exists. /home2/packing6/public_html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/

    Plugin install failed.

The error happens because WordPress does not have the required permissions to delete then recreate the Jetpack folder.

Quick fix: use an ftp client on your webhost control panel to delete the complete jetpack folder in /wp-content/plugins

Better fix: contact your webhost’s Support and ask them to set the correct permissions on /wp-content so that WordPress can install / update and delete any themes or plugins you use.
