The new JetPack plugin that's required if you use wordpress.com stats is causing me problems and over the last 5 days it's proved impossoble to contact the company directly for support.
I'm not getting any incoming links any longer since the update.
I have to clikc 'jetpack' and then stats which is annoying every time - can I just go straight to the stats please ?

I am using the updated version of JetPack and I am not experiencing either issue.
As a work around for a direct link to the stats, you could bookmark the following link:
http://balletnews.co.uk/wp-admin/admin.php?page=stats
But to get to a real resolution, you'll need to do some troubleshooting. Were any of your other plugins updated around the same time which may possibly be causing a conflict? Disable those plugins one at a time and test the links. Was the theme recently updated? Were there any updates on the server? For example, Apache or PHP?

thanks. I have resolved havingt o click twice to open the page, but the stats for my incoming links are still not showing at all.
