I upgraded jetpack this morning and it dissappeared from my installed plugins folder. I realise it is still in my FTP files but, if I delete it from the FTP files and reinstall the plugin from my wordpress dashboard... will I still have all my subscriptions and stats? If not, please tell me how to fix it.

I have now deleted the jetpack file from wp-content plugins and tried to reinstall it still says:
Downloading install package from http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/jetpack.2.2.zip…
Unpacking the package…
Installing the plugin…
Destination folder already exists. D:/hosting/10131134/html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/
Plugin install failed.
What am I doing wrong?
