Jetpack 2.12 Subcribers not listed

    I am using the latest version of Jetpack Subscriptions. This morning someone told me they subscribed to my blog but they are not listed in my stats along with other followers. They specifically stated they confirmed the follow-up email from WordPress. Any way I can check and resolve this?

    I have searched the forum and couldn’t find a similar problem. Anybody seen the problem in the above post. No one responded yesterday.
