jcarousel, custom gallery and nivo slider not working

First, thank you for your wonderful plugin!! It’s just sooooo useful!

There is problems with the image though…
The jcarousel, custom gallery and nivo slider are not working for my post.

Inside the post, here are the shortcodes I have used…

[gn_nivo_slider source="post" link="image" size="200x200" limit="10" effect="random" speed="600" delay="3000"]

As you can see, the buttons, tabs are working fine. But only the images,

Even when the image is linked with relative path (to avoid XSS attack error), the images are still not working:
