Javascript not synced

Hey, I’m using WP Help to launch windows from Video User Manuals and use some javascript to launch the new window. This isn’t synced properly so the javascript doesn’t work properly. All the script is removed and replaced with

If the plugin would sync content as per the text tab that would be superb
