Javascript messes CSS (1 post)

    Hi,
    I'm using javascript to add up numbers in a form on my site.

    I've created a separate page template to include this at the very top:
    <script type="text/javascript">
    <!
    count();
    //></script>

    and the header php file includes this:
    <head profile="http://gmpg.org/xfn/11"
    <script type="text/javascript" src="http://www.finaldestiny.tv/web/files/calculate.js"></script>

    The problem I'm having is on the form page the CSS appears to be screwed up. Here's what it looks like:
    http://www.finaldestiny.tv/web/?page_id=24

    Here's what I would like it to look like (this page uses the normal Page template):
    http://www.finaldestiny.tv/web/?page_id=42

    I'm not sure what's happening with the CSS... I played around with it a bit the only way for the javascript to work is if the call is at the very top of the page template which seems to mess up the formatting. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
