   Basically, none of the dropdowns on the sidebar work, stuff like the 'add new tags' text doesn't disappear when you type in the box, adding tags does nothing, same with categories. I've re-uploaded WP 3 times and auto upgraded a few more, nothing works, same issue. Seems to happen in Chrome, Firefox, any browser.

   You could try adding:
   define( 'CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS', false );
   near the top of your wp-config.php file to see if that helps.
