Error 500 when installing wordpress

Hello everyone
I’m trying to install wordpress on my ftp. So I followed the advice to install, change the wp-config.php, enter the login and upload all on FTP.

My credentials are correct.

However, when I run the install in a browser (chrome or firefox) I get an error 500.

It would be a problem in the server but I am fully access the server from my admin panel 1and1.

I wanted to know if it was a problem

I also contacted 1and1 whether this problem could come from them but I have not yet been answered.
