i’ve read all the posts but favicon still doesn’t work

Hello:
I have generated a .ico favicon using an online tool and uploaded the file with an FTP client using Filezila to my themes folder. I also cleared the firefox cache. Still, it’s not showing up!

Also, I changed the code in the header.php folder and uploaded another copy just to the main folder.

Why is this still not working? Any ideas?
