I followed the steps 'Create an empty plugins folder' here: How to deactivate all plugins when not able to access the administrative menus? and it works (!) but only until i delete the created Plugins-folder, replacing it with the old one which onlyleads me back to main problem, i can't log in ... Is there something wrong with my plugins? Can i delete them safely through FTP?

Have you tried the phpMyAdmin route?

I wouldn't delete plugins via FTP if they're still active, if you're unfortunate enough to get in a mess it can be hell on earth getting out of it.

If that was my last option I'd backup the database, then delete the plugins one at a time, then try and log in in between times.
