I have absolutely zero computer knowledge so if someone answers with any type of difficult to understand computer language, it will be no help. My dashboard page is blank with only the menu column visible on the left of the screen. The only time something is visible on the screen, it is when I click on 'Clicky Stats', and that is no help to me. All I want to do is add a Yelp badge to my site. I don't think it should be this difficult, but like I said, I'm not very good with computers. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

    Try:
    - switching to the default theme by renaming your current theme's folder inside wp-content/themes and adding "-old" to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

    - resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.

    - re-uploading all files & folders - except the wp-content folder and the wp-config.php & root .htaccess files - from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.

Thank you for your response. The problem is whenever I try to access anything with 'wp-' in the title, the screen is blank. When I try to access http://www.my site-.com/wp-admin, the dashboard menu is on the left and the screen is blank. Nothing I click on the left changes that. Am I looking in the wrong area?
